If you're "into" essential oils, please please please choose to support small, , , oil companies who practice methods, and/or provide (if possible) - these companies might even RUN OUT of a specific oil from time to time 🙀 this is ok!!! Because this kind of plant medicine is very special. Little do many of us know, for some plants, it can take the entire volume of a medium bedrooms worth of fresh plant material to create ONE DROP of essential oil!!! Think about that! How amazing is that!? For me this is about , & the "if it says it's natural, let's use a lot of it" phenomenon. We are trained to believe that we can have whatever we want, whenever we want it and that we should consume it as much as we want and as fast as possible. It is coming through me from the plants so strong this morning, they don't want us to do this anymore! These huge Pyramid scheme essential oil corporations are causing an upset in demand and production across the entire globe. I'm specifically speaking to the impact on the environment. I won't even go into the misinformation put out by some of these companies with thousands of people overusing, misusing, and somehow believing they are certified by these companies to diagnose or treat. Ive worked with plant medicine for almost 10 years and I don't even feel I have that privilege more than half the time! Last spring I decided to cut the amount of essential oils I use in my soaps by 1 to 2 ounces across-the-board, plus took it out of a few products all together - we don't need to dump esseential oils into every dang thing. Aromatherapy IS indeed medicine and should be honored and revered.
