First week of zoom virtual group lessons is over, got some great feedback from my virtual students who happen to be real life students haha just wanted to make that clear. Just because we’ve turned virtual doesn’t mean we are less real or that we will be in this space permanently. Thank you for taking part in this change with me. If you missed this week, it’s not too late to join in on next weeks lessons starting on Sunday at 7pm PST for restorative yoga and Wednesday at 9am PST for power yoga. Venmo -Bond-3 to join in monthly at $50/month for 1 weekly lesson or $75/month for 2 weekly lessons or you can join in on a donation based drop-in even if donating isn’t in your wheelhouse right now. Message me, let’s stay connected! Are you at peace amongst the negativity or you still trying to grasp the new normal?

Now that we are practicing social distancing and there are differences in each of our situations, I’m reflecting on my ability to provide for those less fortunate, for whatever reason that may be. Im usually on the receiving end of these difficult times but this time I’m able to give. I’m compelled to support local businesses during this time and in turn donate to those in need. Today it was a homeless disabled veteran, not pictured. started a and promotion and I have been compelled to help her in her efforts as well as the local community here in Bellingham, Washington as I continue to acquaint myself to the area. Follow her if your local, maybe you will win. She’s doing a weekly local business promotion out of the goodness of her heart. For each local restaurant business she promotes, I am donating a meal to someone in need to address a worldly problem that is much bigger than me. Today’s meal was provided by one of our local Indian spots If your not local to this area, I encourage you to engage with your community in a way that serves your needs and theirs. Thank you to everyone that has helped me when I needed it most! @ Simmering Tava

Hola my friends. Life looks and feels different these days doesn’t it? I’ve been observing from my vessel aka my body and experiencing judgement in the past day or two. Are you a culprit of judging the situation, the people that sneeze or cough around you or people heading outside of the home for errands or to eat touching everything in sight or buying all the toilet paper and more than they typically need? Can you take a moment to tap into that thought you have, observe it as real and then try showing that person, situation or things as necessary for them? You don’t have to understand or agree, can you let that is bothering you go? This is how we find peace from the poisons of life, from overthinking, from hoarding, from judging what isn’t right for you but may be for someone else, from jealousy, from anxiety, depression or OCD? It’s hard to practice but can you have a little more compassion inside or rescind those thoughts for a moment and not dwell on the what if’s or the fears that are haunting us now? This is my practice and I offer it to you 🙏🏻. I’ve been offering video private lessons for anyone that’s interested, message me. Here to serve you, always. On a side note I found the lulu outlet by my house 🙏🏻, aren’t these blue ones to die for??!! repost of .aligns follow if you love too

Saying goodbye is never easy, especially when I have worked hard to build a business that fills my world with kind hearted people, people that change me daily, people that I wanted to meet but never knew I would, the stories and lives that I had the pleasure to be apart of and have helped shaped me in the process. Changes don’t happen, they are a result of the changes that I have worked for outwardly and have made on the inside. California it’s been a wild, challenging, life changing and unforgettable ride full of growth, acceptance, and perseverance. Onward and upward. Thank you for celebrating with me, and making the transition both humbling and a memory I’ll cherish forever. Not sure exactly what the future holds but I am open and attached to nothing.

Hello Social Media, personally I’ve been on a journey lately that has needed my deep and undivided attention. I’m observing, listening and learning everyday taking in the lessons, the challenges and the openings. What I’ve forgotten and realized is how important it is to lessen the stressful events, goals and pursuits in life and to make room for more fun, lightheartedness and smiles in order to achieve what I’m after.
