The flu took down my whole house.
Every last one of us.
Being already closed turned out to be a quiet gift. Space to rest, reset, and let bodies recover instead of pushing through.
This is your reminder that sometimes the pause chooses you.
And when it does, the work is to listen.
Rest is not weakness.
Canceling plans is not failure.
Listening to your body is part of wellness.
Support your system with:
• Extra hydration
• Warm, nourishing foods
• Gentle movement only if it feels supportive
• Sleep, stillness, and permission to do less
If you are sick, let yourself be sick.
If you are healthy, protect your energy.
We will be back when bodies say yes, not before.
