You work in a helping profession.
Whether you are newly stepping into your practice or have been doing this work for years, holding space for others while running a business can feel isolating, overwhelming, and heavier than it should.

I support wellness professionals who want clarity, steadiness, and grounded guidance behind the scenes. We work on decision making, boundaries, burnout prevention, and creating a practice that feels aligned, sustainable, and supportive of your nervous system.

You do not have to feel alone in this work.

Let’s book a call and chat about what support could look like for you.

DM or email me and we will set it up.

Many people come in for massage because their body hurts.

But the real issue usually runs deeper.

Stress held too long.
Muscles guarding instead of releasing.
A nervous system that never fully powers down.

That’s where my work is different.

I do not just work on muscles.

I help the body feel safe enough to let go.

Massage can be more than a reset.

It can be a return to yourself.

If your body feels tight, your shoulders will not drop, or stress has been quietly building, this is your reminder that support does not have to wait.

This week I have availability for massage to release tension, calm your nervous system, and help your body reset.

Yoga is offered Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 PM with gentle, grounding movement to reconnect with your breath and unwind from the day.

You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need to be good at rest.
You just need a place to land.

DM or email me to check massage availability or to join yoga this week.

The Magic Ritual Box offers structure without pressure.

Ritual creates a clear beginning and end, helping the nervous system settle and focus. Even short rituals can create meaningful internal shifts when practiced intentionally.

The Magic Ritual Box is a subscription box available only through me. It isn’t listed on Cratejoy or any other subscription platform. Each box is curated, assembled, and sent with intention, not mass distribution.

This kind of support helps bridge the space between sessions.

Rest is a skill, not a reward.

For clients, learning to rest without guilt is part of healing.
For practitioners, modeling sustainable self care is essential for longevity in this work.

Care woven into daily life prevents burnout before it begins.

There comes a point when pushing harder stops working.

Not because you failed but because your business is asking for something different.

Clarity changes everything.

When your offerings, schedule, and systems work together, your business feels lighter and you show up better for the people you serve.

Support is not a last resort.

It is a smart next step.

Save this for later and tag someone who needs to see it.

Did you know I offer mentoring and consulting for massage therapists and wellness practitioners?

Supporting new therapists and seasoned practitioners alike is work I care deeply about.

From body mechanics and technique to confidence, clarity, and stepping fully into the profession, mentorship can make a real difference. I’m grateful to walk alongside practitioners as they grow, evolve, and find their footing in this work.

Tension patterns often reflect stress load, lifestyle, and emotional holding, not just biomechanics.

As therapists, our role isn’t to fix the body but to listen to it. Slow pacing, thoughtful pressure, and attention to breath can be as effective as deeper work.

Massage is most impactful when it’s responsive rather than forceful.

Moving my stuff from one space at the dojo to another…
aka: the in-between chaos phase.

Top cabinets: calm, labeled, Virgo-approved.

Countertops: every project I’ve ever loved saying “wait, but what if I also…”

This is what progress actually looks like sometimes.

Not pretty. Not linear.
Just a whole lot of active sorting and trusting it’ll land where it needs to.

If you’ve ever made a bigger mess trying to make things better , welcome. You’re among friends.

Self care works best when it’s consistent, not complicated.

Simple practices like breath awareness, warmth, and intentional pauses help the body build predictability. Over time, this creates resilience and reduces reactivity to daily stress.

You don’t need a full routine. You need repeatable moments that tell your body you’re paying attention.

Massage supports more than sore muscles. It helps regulate the nervous system by signaling safety to the body.

When pressure, warmth, and steady contact are applied with intention, the body shifts out of fight or flight and into rest and digest. That’s when muscles soften, breath deepens, and recovery begins.

This is why massage can support sleep, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing, not just pain relief.

My Story

My path has been a long and winding adventure. Over time I have come to realize how much I enjoy helping people and how much it benefits my well being. In 2009 I injured my calf muscle while teaching dance, which was my first love and was faced with some difficult decisions that with out the support of my husband I do not think I could have made. It was at that time that I decided I would enroll in massage school. As I began learning how to use my hands to heal I began healing so much in myself. Positivity was returning in my everyday life and I was good at what I was doing. My healing has gone so much farther than I thought it could.

The path I am on now feels natural to me, it feels like this is what I was designed to do. I want to help women of all ages create and find wellness in their lives through healing and crystal work. If there is more you would like to know about me or The Wellness Path please reach out.
