Be mindful when you feel unsafe, triggered and overwhelmed that is your nervous system patterns of what harmed you previously whether it is this life or a past life. Its just trying to keep you safe. Your body is an emotional score keeper as well as energetic memories stored from your soul. Just take deep breaths know you are safe beacuse you have the power to create your own sense of safety.
