Day 1 of Winter Herbal Wisdom â Brahmi + Ashwagandha.
A simple winter tonic to support clarity, calm, and the nervous system before bedtime.
Brahmi helps quiet the mind and support focus.
Ashwagandha grounds the body and supports stress recovery â especially in Vata season.
⨠Recipe:
8 oz organic milk
½ tsp Brahmi
½ tsp Ashwagandha
½ tsp ground ginger
Raw honey to taste
Warm gently, stir well, and sip before bed.
