Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees.

✨TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY✨
This week we’re hearing from Hannah from Eugene! Here’s her story:

I joined burn a year ago being encouraged by one of my fellow teacher friends then trainer to try out this type of workout. I have played competitive sports my whole life, love lifting and working out, but always felt lost at a standard big box gym. I finally found a place that resembles the types of workouts that I want. Burn is more than a gym, it’s a space where you are encouraged, pushed to the next level, and are celebrated. For me it’s never been about the before and after it’s been about focusing on the during and the process. Once it became part of my routine, I can’t imagine it not being there. The trainers and staff are welcoming, and they continually encourage you to show up and give what you can even on days when you feel like you have nothing left to give. Last year was personally the hardest year of my life and I have Burn to thank for keeping me grounded and to keep showing up for myself. Stronger, more confident, and ready for camp!
