I spent this past weekend immersed in an incredible Ashi Thai workshop with Lynn at Rooted Wellness & Spa—such a impactful and inspiring experience.

I’m also excited to share that I’m now offering bodywork at Rooted Wellness & Spa! Feeling truly grateful to work alongside such amazing practitioners and continue learning within this beautiful community.

A powerful and deeply inspiring evening with the Light Collectives, Gaia and the Ancient Redwoods 🌿✨

Beautiful waves of energy flowed through the space tonight—gentle water elements moving thru, while the grounding roots of the redwoods anchored us deeply into the Earth. Mama Gaia held us all in her loving, nurturing embrace.

I felt the presence of loving guides moving through each attendee, offering healing, connection, and support in their own unique way. Every soul in the room received exactly what they needed… even Oscar the doggy 🐾💫

Attendees mentioned seeing etheric lights entering the space, sensing light beings hovering over and healing them, and the feeling of tension releasing from their bodies.

There was definitely light flowing the space tonight.

So much gratitude for this shared space, these energies, and this community. 💜

We will be hosting a Guided Meditation and Channeled Sound Bath. We will be bringing in the nurturing and grounded energies of Gaia and the Ancient Redwoods. This will be a purely receptive experience where folks are encouraged to rest and receive these beautiful healing transmissions from the higher realms while being held in a sacred container of light and divine harmony. ...................

Revisiting childhood wounds is often an essential part of healing. The parts of ourselves we pushed away or hid—our shadow—were often formed in response to pain, fear, or unmet needs. Through shadow work, we bring compassion and awareness to these hidden aspects, allowing them to be seen, understood, and integrated rather than rejected.

As we do this, old patterns begin to loosen, and what once felt like wounds can become gateways for personal growth, deeper self-awareness, and true evolution.

Most of us have been holding tension in our bodies for years. One session can help, but regular bodywork begins to teach the body a new pattern — how to soften, release, and return to balance.
