Before and after. Job Readiness Marlboro hosted its very first job readiness training graduation today.

This three-day program covers core topics such as Employment Applications, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Dress for Success, Résumé Writing, Interview Preparation, Mock Interviews, Job Search Strategies, and more. Participants not only gain practical job readiness skills—they also leave with stronger coping skills and new suits for future interviews.

Classes are open to adults ages 18–65 and begin on the third Monday of each month at:
801 Country Club Drive, Bennettsville, SC 29512.

We are currently seeking:

Volunteer facilitators to help lead classes, and

Sponsors to provide lunch for participants during the three class days each month.

These are excellent service opportunities for churches, civic groups, and local businesses. We are also looking for a volunteer to facilitate our Money Boot Camp financial management and budgeting class.

This dual focus on practical and interpersonal skills empowers individuals to overcome barriers, achieve financial stability, and create a brighter future for themselves and their families.
