Our Greensboro, NC pediatric office recently welcomed North Carolina Senator Amy Galey for a home visit with Harper, one of our clients. Senator Galey saw firsthand how skilled in-home nursing care, provided by Harper’s nurse Nancy, supports medically complex children across the state.

Families like Harper’s are already feeling the impact of recent Medicaid cuts. Through Hearts for Home Care Advocacy, our advocates are urging North Carolina decision makers to restore funding so children like Harper can continue receiving the skilled care they need to grow and thrive at home.

Thank you, Senator Galey, for listening and showing compassion. We also want to recognize Nancy and our Greensboro team for their dedication to caring for and advocating on behalf of the children and families we serve. ❤️

Our BAYADA Creative Services team put together 300 holiday cards to honor our veterans. Each card is a reminder of the courage, dedication, and service that inspire us every day.

To our veterans and the teams who care for them every day—thank you. Your compassion and commitment uplift our clients, their families, and our BAYADA veterans. We are humbled to play a small part in helping them feel as valued and loved as they truly are.

Special thanks to Margot Lambright, Alice Cushmac, and Ally O’Neal for leading this initiative.

For Lucas, home is where healing and hope come together. After a spinal cord injury in 2024 left him needing around-the-clock care, his parents, Randall and Maria, chose to step into a new calling. They trained to become his caregivers, ensuring he received the specialized support he needed at home.

Both parents joined BAYADA this year, motivated by love, faith, and the belief that family can be the foundation of strength. As Lucas works toward greater independence, they continue to be a source of encouragement and care every step of the way.

This Family Caregivers Month, we honor the Towers family and every caregiver who shows that love can change what is possible. ❤️

Our BAYADA pediatric team in Delaware recently spent the day at Nemours Children’s Hospital, bringing smiles and color to the children in the community. From coloring to crafting, every activity was filled with laughter, creativity, and connection.

We are so grateful to Nemours Children’s Hospital for allowing our team to take part in this meaningful event. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do, bringing comfort, joy, and a little extra color into the lives of the children and families in the community we care for. ❤️

When Ally, BAYADA’s Director of Veteran Affairs, left the military, she wasn’t sure what was next. Her calling to work in hospice came unexpectedly after seeing the gaps in care her father experienced during his end-of-life journey.

Ally’s experiences, combined with her time in home care, inspired a vision: home-based care for veterans must go beyond clinical treatment.

That vision became BAYADA’s Salute to Service Program. The program provides veteran-led, holistic care across home health, personal care, and hospice, honoring each veteran’s service while helping families access the benefits and resources they’ve earned.

We’re honored that Newsweek highlighted our announcement that Bryony Winn will become the next CEO of BAYADA Home Health Care in March 2026—the first leader outside the Baiada family to help carry our mission forward.

Bryony brings experience transforming health care and a deep belief in what defines BAYADA:
that people deserve exceptional care at home, and caregivers deserve the support, respect, and tools to deliver it.

With gratitude to David Baiada for his leadership, and with excitement for what’s ahead, we look forward to this next chapter for our clients, caregivers, and communities.

“Feeling especially thankful for my amazing team. I’m grateful for the warmth they bring to our community every day.” — Aleah, BAYADA Director

Aleah’s team of Home Health Aides and Client Services Managers from our Livingston, NJ office recently visited the Livingston Senior Center to share how BAYADA can support seniors and their families during the holidays.

What started as a simple parfait-making activity became a meaningful reminder that small moments of connection can make a big difference. Thank you to the Livingston Senior Center for welcoming our team and to our team members for spreading compassion and care. ❤️

Thank you to the nursing students from ECPI University for spending two inspiring days with our Greensboro, NC, pediatric team. Together, we explored how a career in home care is built on compassion, dignity, and a sense of community. In our simulation lab, students gained hands-on experience and an authentic look at life as a BAYADA nurse. We’re grateful for your curiosity and your commitment to caring for children and families.
