When you learn to work with the pregnant nervous system, you stop thinking about techniques and start thinking about regulation. You stop managing symptoms and start supporting outcomes — for a mother and for the baby whose first experience of safety begins in her body.

Stop giving your power away to the "I’m too busy" narrative. 🛑

​The reality? The toys will always be on the floor and the to-do list will never truly be empty. But your health? That has to be non-negotiable.

​We often think of movement as a chore or a luxury, but in reality, movement is medicine. It is one of the most effective tools we have for stress regulation and mental clarity. When you step onto your living room floor for just 5 minutes, you aren’t just "working out"—you are fueling your body’s longevity.

​Muscle health is vital. It’s not about trends; it’s about the real-life application of science to ensure you stay capable and resilient as you age. This is what longevity is all about.

​To my fellow parents: You are the primary example for your children. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 You have the responsibility—and the incredible privilege—to show them what it looks like to value your own body. If we don’t prioritize our health, we are teaching them to do the same.

​We all hit walls. We all have days where it feels impossible to start. That’s why community matters. Surround yourself with people who keep you accountable, who inspire you, and who remind you that you are worth the effort.

Now it's time to focus on some self care for me! Getting on the floor, self-massage, cupping, and foam rolling are all tools I use at home when things get a little tight around here.

You can dial in your nutrition perfectly and still feel like garbage if your body is stuck in fight-or-flight mode. Chronic stress changes how you digest, absorb nutrients, and recover.

External tension becomes internal tension. That shoulder pain? Tight jaw? Shallow breathing? Your body is holding stress in your tissues.

This is why bodywork matters. Massage and manual therapy aren't just about feeling good—they help shift your autonomic nervous system out of survival mode. When your body feels safe, it can actually do what it's supposed to do: digest, repair, rebuild.

Nutrition gives your body the raw materials. Bodywork gives it permission to use them.

Sometimes it's just so hard to ask for help.

It takes someone who truly loves you and your soul to tell you the truth. And I'm so lucky I had people who did that for me in my life to lead me to where I am today. That's what I want to do for you.

I know how frustrating it is to feel amazing when you walk out of the treatment room, only to have that same "knot" or "twinge" return a few days later. You might think you’re just "prone to tension," but after seeing this happen with so many clients, those who are consistently meeting *this* benchmark get *way* better results than those who don’t.

What is that benchmark? It’s protein.

I know, I know… You probably just rolled your eyes. Protein is a current buzz word all over social media, but for good reason.

For those suffering from chronic pain, protein is a big part of the puzzle that often goes unaddressed through conventional pain management.

If this is you, to get you a real breakthrough, we have to look at what’s happening inside your body.
