THE SIMPLEST BRUSSELS SPROUTS RECIPE. EVER.

Preheat oven to 420 °
Add these ingredients directly to a casserole dish:
1. 1 lb. of whole Brussels Sprouts, bottom stem needs to be cut off (you can cut in half too, but it's not necessary)
2. 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
3. 1 tbsp of Bragg's Amino Acids
Mix it up and put in the oven for 20 min, stirring halfway through.

The benefits: High in fiber, Vitamin C, and linked to cancer prevention!
