Table heat on or off?

Some people say,
“Absolutely not.”

Your body remembers what your mind has tried to move past.

Stress, trauma, tension, and years of holding it all together can get stored in the fascia, showing up as tightness, restriction, and pain.

When the body begins to release, it’s not just the muscles that shift.
The nervous system can soften.
Inflammation can calm.
The body can finally exhale.

Sometimes the pain isn’t just physical.
Sometimes it’s the body asking to be heard.

Most people think their life is shaped by what happens to them.But a lot of the time it’s actually shaped by the thought...

Most people think their life is shaped by what happens to them.

But a lot of the time it’s actually shaped by the thoughts running through their mind all day long.

The ones they barely notice.

Things like:

“I can’t do that.”
“Nothing ever works out for me.”
“I’ll probably mess this up.”
“I’m just not good at that.”

After a while those thoughts start to feel like facts.

But they’re not.

They’re just thoughts that have been repeated so many times your mind believes them.

Think of your mind like a garden.

Whatever you plant in it… grows.

If you plant thoughts like
“I’m not good enough”
or
“This never works out for me”

your mind starts looking for proof that those things are true.

But here’s the cool part.

You can start noticing those thoughts instead of automatically believing them.

So next time one pops up, try saying something like:

“That’s an old story.”
“That’s not actually true about me.”
“Interesting… that thought again.”

You don’t have to fight the thought.

Just notice it.

Because the moment you start noticing those thoughts…

you stop letting them control everything.

And that’s where things can start to change.

So many people are walking around carrying stress in their body… and don’t even realize it.

Anger sits in the jaw.

Grief in the chest.

Guilt in the gut.

Shame in the shoulders.

You get used to it.

Until tight becomes normal.

Until fatigue becomes your baseline.

Until anxiety feels like your personality.

But your body isn’t dramatic.

It’s adaptive.

Try this right now:
• Unclench your jaw.
• Drop your shoulders.
• Take one slow breath in through your nose.
• Long exhale through your mouth like you’re fogging a mirror.

Do that three times.

Notice what shifts.

You don’t have to fix your whole life today.

But you can start by letting your body soften.

That’s where healing begins. 🤍

Seriously.

Go stand in the grass for 5–10 minutes today.

Your body has been surrounded by stress all week: screens, artificial light, noise, EMFs, processed food.

It adds up.

The Earth carries a natural negative charge.

When your bare skin touches it, it helps calm inflammation, lower cortisol, and settle your nervous system.

Better sleep.

Less tension.

Clearer mind.

Before you rush into the weekend… Take a breath.

Notice your shoulders.

Notice your jaw.

Notice what you’ve been holding all week.

Your body keeps track of everything, the stress, the grief, the pressure, the “I’ll deal with it later.”

But here’s the truth: You don’t have to carry it alone.

Healing isn’t dramatic.

It’s quiet.

It’s small shifts.

It’s learning to feel safe in your own body again.

Hey friends 👋 Happy New Year 🥳

I hope you had a really fantastic holiday season and are easing back into things. I am soooo excited to be back in this space! 🙌

I just wanted to give a quick note before we get back into the swing of things 📝....

As we come out of the holidays and bodies are settling back in, just a gentle reminder.....

If you’re feeling under the weather at all, even if it feels minor or "it's just the sniffles", please consider rescheduling your session for another time.

Because this work is so close and hands on, that small bit of mindfulness helps keep the space feeling good and available for everyone. I appreciate you more than you know and am really looking forward to being back with you in this new year. 🤍✨️

Watching The Healing Room come together from an empty space to what it has become, reminds me how much trust and courage it took to begin. 🙏

I followed a quiet inner knowing and built what God placed on my heart, trusting the right people would find their way here. And they did........again and again. 🙌

To every person who has trusted me with your healing journey: thank you. It has been an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead and all that’s unfolding in 2026.

This wild-looking web is what your body actually looks like beneath the skin.

An intricate, living network that connects every muscle, organ, and cell.

it’s a Halloween costume, but you get my drift!)
