Our sister company Sofia’s Closet, located at 6550 Highway 3, Suite 500, Benton, LA just a few blocks from the studio, is hosting a Black Friday Weekend Extravaganza! Coffee Bar available Friday & Saturday ☕️

Stop by for all your holiday shopping needs—clothing, accessories, gift items, gift cards and even a yoga bolster or two! 🎁🛍️

We’re also offering a Pop-Up Hammock Stretch Class on Tuesday, December 2nd at 5:45 PM. ALL levels welcome 🤗
This relaxing class will be held in the studio at 202 5th St. Come unwind, stretch, and reset! 🧘‍♀️✨

🚨 One Week Countdown! 🚨

Next week is the last hurrah before I hit pause for my sabbatical — so let’s make it COUNT! 💥

**Exciting Changes & New Beginnings!**

After a wonderful journey with Empower Yoga, I want to share that my time as founder and owner is coming to a close—at least for now. I will be taking a sabbatical with the intention to return within 6 months to a year, embracing the next chapter and all the exciting changes it will bring.

I am incredibly grateful for the love and support you’ve shown since 2017. Your encouragement has meant the world to me and to the growth of Empower Yoga.

Although I’ll be away for a bit, we will still be offering private parties, birthday celebrations, and occasional pop-up classes. Stay tuned for updates—I can’t wait to share what’s coming next!

Thank you once again for being part of this journey. Here’s to new beginnings!
