Hey there!

I know this is totally out of the blue (and I promise I’m not trying to sell you anything! 😂), but I’m doing everything I can to spread the word about a new addiction treatment center a friend of mine is opening here in Saline County. It’s something our community desperately needs.

Right now, Saline County has no treatment center or standalone detox, so this is a huge step forward.

As we head into the Holidays, let us all remember to take care of ourselves. 2020 has been taxing and feels like it has lasted 5,000 years. Take a moment to be still. Notice your breath, notice the energy flowing inside you. You are alive. You have survived 100% of your difficult days. Never stop fighting and never discredit the life force within you.

Therapist tidbit- the calm app is a wonderfully helpful meditation, mindfulness app. I mean Matthew McConaughey reads stories on there. Talk about relaxing! Alright alright alright.

New office is completed! Will return to face to face once it is safe to do so. I am still booking for teletherapy and doing EMDR! Amazing results using this technique virtually. Stay safe!

Hot Saturday spent working on the office space. Coming along nicely. Putting sweat equity into our space makes one feel accomplished. First time to ever Sheetrock anything. Don’t let first times scare you. They are such a wonderful lesson in patience and understanding yourself.
