When there's no advance care plan in place, medical teams have no choice but to do everything possible, even when there is no quality of life left. That means ventilators, CPR, feeding tubes, and more, regardless of what the person would have wanted. Working with an advance care planning specialist ensures your wishes are truly understood and documented in a way that matters most when it counts.
