Jerade Parks is owner and director of MPRx Sports Performance and Recovery. A 'self-proclaimed' lifelong restless-learner always embracing new opportunities for growth, as to provide a continually evolving client-centered experience to all. Professional experience in a multitude of rehabilitation to performance settings (e.g., sports medicine/ athletic training, rehabilitation, reconditioning, wellness/ fitness, sports performance/ athletic development, recovery, and nutrition lifestyle-based nutrition coaching) treating, training, and coaching general population, weekend warriors, and youth to professional athletics.
A graduate of Central Michigan University, is certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), a licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) through the Ohio Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy Athletic Trainer (OTPTAT) Board, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning association (NSCA). Jerade shares is life with his girlfriend Jen and their two dogs, Harryette and Ozzy. He loves family, learning, nature, the simple life, and is passionate about helping individuals, athletes, teams, and organizations to reach their potential no matter where they are in their journey from injured, healthy, or somewhere in-between.
