In our first session, we’ll lay the foundation for radical self-love by exploring what it really means to feel worthy—beyond achievements, appearance, or comparison. Through meaningful conversation and our hands-on “See Me, Love Me” mirror ritual, each girl will begin to reclaim her reflection as a source of strength.
🎨 Art Activity Highlight:
Decorate a personal mirror with affirmations, colors, and symbols of self-worth.
💬 Affirmation of the Week:
“I am worthy of love just as I am.”
