Don't forget how good all overhead exercises are for developing your abs. Here I'm demonstrating ring pull ups at a relatively slow tempo so I can practice maintaining tension in my body, a strict midline, even pointing my toes and keeping my heels together, and the breathing are all crucial parts of the pull up and tension.

Here's a KB single press X 2 @ 32kg. My UB training today after a sprint session at the track was as follows,
Ring Pull Up X 1 @ 24kg
Single Press X 4-24kg, X 2-28kg
Ring Pull Up X 2 @ 24kg
Single Press X 1,2,3 @ 32kg (3-5 min rest)
Ring Pull Up X 3 @ 24kg
Single Press X 5-28k
Done

Finishing the first 15 minutes of a training session with 4 Get Ups, 32,40,44,48kg. I'm getting back to using 'The Beast', 48kg (106LB) Get Up. In this proprioceptive-rich environment, Stability is the name of the game. Shoulder resilience, killer abs, and a steel-strong mindset is how I look at what the Get Up delivers to me each time I GET UP!!!!!

Hey all you athletes and people training on a budget, from 5-6pm at my studio and The Works 2566 Telegraph Ave in Berkeley I'm covering the Kettlebell Class so anything goes tonight!!! Hopefully I'll still be euphoric from my post-500 swing session I'm about to do now, then teach and MJ session at 4:15, and see you guys at 5!

Manage your lifestyle, increase your ability to focus and know at least a little bit about different sciences. The MJ Method is these components -- Lifestyle Management, Focus Capabilities and Sciences.
Basically, you should be able to get what you want (lifestyle management), you gotta be productive in life to become the confident-kick-ass YOU! (focus capabilities), and Nutrition, Exercise, and other sciences like biology, chemistry and physics play a key role in all our lives.
