Cold temps, icy sidewalks, bulky coats — winter can bring extra challenges, especially for individuals living with Parkinson’s or other neurological conditions.

In this video, Allison shares practical tips to help you stay safe and confident this season, including:
✔️ Choosing proper footwear with traction
✔️ Using assistive devices safely on snow and ice
✔️ Taking smaller, intentional steps
✔️ Allowing extra time (no rushing!)
✔️ Being mindful of freezing of gait in tight or slippery spaces

We’re excited to share that Congress has passed a telehealth expansion bill — a huge win for individuals and families who rely on virtual care to stay healthy, connected, and supported. 💙

At Dynamic, telehealth has helped us reach people in their homes, reduce travel barriers, and continue providing specialized neuro rehab and wellness services when in-person visits aren’t possible. This expansion means more flexibility, more access, and more continuity of care for the communities we serve.
