Burr's Howard Bogard was recently published in the Birmingham Medical News, discussing a major change made by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

CMS will now allow physicians to provide "direct supervision" remotely using real-time audio and video. For many services, on-site presence is no longer required.
