Why am I doing this? I have to. Because every single person should experience a somatic breathwork session. 💫

If I could go back and tell myself 1 thing I would have said to take time for myself earlier after kids. I let mom guilt prevent me from doing things for me a lot of the time.

I would’ve taken the time for myself earlier instead of getting so burnt out, and not even being aware of how many emotions I had making me angry and resentful. Also the more time that went by the more of myself got lost or pushed down.

I went on a 4 day retreat all by myself a year ago. After that I realized I need to say when I need time to myself. To take the time to be with my own thoughts. Breathwork is a tool to let those thoughts come up and to process them. I wish I knew this sooner!

Alcohol, Netflix, scrolling, snacking, caffeine, go-go-go.

People cope with all of these crutches. And try to ignore. They don’t process.
They are so removed and unaware from even thinking about taking time to process or work on themselves or let themselves feel anything. They are so distracted by all the shiny objects and so distracted by our phones.
The emotions and feelings stay trapped, and the cycle repeats.

Breathwork gives people a way to process what their body is quietly carrying.
