The B.F. Grady Fall Festival is still ON — it’s just moving indoors to stay cozy and dry!

Come see CalmPuck Co. this Saturday from 12–5 PM in Albertson — rain or shine.

We’ll have lots of our CalmBuilder line — fidget pucks with a mini building block set inside — perfect for creative, calming fun.

Local pick up available in Beulaville NC and the surrounding areas. Shipping available for an additional fee. Large pucks are great for phrases or quotes and small pucks are just right for names and small phrases. Large $10 and Small $5. PM me with your orders by December 5th!

Stimming is short for self-stimulatory behavior. It refers to repetitive movements, actions, or sounds that people do to help regulate their emotions, focus, or sensory input. Common examples include tapping fingers, bouncing legs, twirling hair, humming, or fidgeting with objects.

Stimming can serve different purposes:
• Calming & grounding – It helps reduce stress, anxiety, or overwhelm.
• Focus & concentration – Some people stim to channel extra energy and stay attentive.
• Sensory regulation – It provides consistent, predictable input when the world feels overstimulating or under-stimulating.

CalmPucks fit into this by providing a discreet, tactile outlet for stimming. They:
• Give a repetitive, satisfying action (peeling and picking the textured surface) that engages both touch and sound.
• Provide a healthy alternative to harmful stims (like nail-biting or skin-picking).
