This Earth Day, we remember when we took our kids and got our hands dirty—in the best way.🌿. As a family, we planted native plants in our own backyard . Not just because the are interesting, but because they belong here in California. Deep roots that hold the soil, plants support the local ecosystems, and small choices that help protect our homes from things like erosion, flooding and fires. Spending time with our children this way reminds us that caring for the Earth can start right where we are— with the people we love and in the places we love. Here’s to growing something that gives back season after season. ❤️

Eternal bonds are formed in childhood. We try to teach our youngest these lessons. Today, we are so guarded with our time together with each other and our children. When I was engrossed in my training and educational pursuits that separated me for hours and sometimes even days from my family, I never appreciated what giving my time and all my focus to being a urogynecologist was asking me to give up. As women, have we figured out how to hold on to dreams and hold on to our family?

Magical Mondays in the OR. Most people love Fridays. We love Mondays because we get to do what we are best at and with each other! It always feels magical to me. Today, we surgically corrected patients w severe vaginal prolapse and another with severe prolapse with multiple fibroids, heavy bleeding and long-standing anemia.

About Us

Dr. Alexis May Tran Kimble is Medical Director of Women’s Center for Pelvic Wellness. She is among the few women in the country who has dedicated her entire life to caring for women. Her lifelong passion for improving the quality of life for every woman began early in her career. She has developed programs for the less privileged, personally developed a not-for-profit organization solely to help women in need, and began to change the course of countless women’s lives in Southern California. Her belief that all women are “beautiful from the inside out” is something that resonates throughout the Center’s practice.

Dr. David M. Kimble is the CEO of Women’s Center for Pelvic Wellness. He comes to Southern California after caring for thousands of women in New York for over two decades. His entire career has been dedicated to advancing the care of women, dramatically improving their quality of life.

Whenever asked, Dr. Kimble freely expresses that he is privileged to share his work and home life with his wonderful wife. Above all, working alongside her has been his greatest honor.
