Choosing a trainer to work with virtually is slightly different than choosing one in person. Here are a few key elements to look for.
1. Technical Knowledge
From cameras to sound, the broadcast should be entertaining. Fuse incorporate on-screen timers & heart rate display feedback (for Apple Watch users) for classes that rely on time and heart rate, like our HIIT classes.
2. Entertaining Personality
They don’t have to be actors per say, but to run a successful virtual class they should be able to carry a one-way conversation that keeps you engaged the entire workout.
3. Fitness Education
Virtual instructors have to be able to spot the slighted issues in form and must have the education to offer modifications for everyone. FUSE clients range in age from 28 to 68. So yes, your parents can join you, we’ve got that covered!
4. Consistency
Are they holding a consistent regular virtual schedule that you can rely on? Its important to stay on schedule even virtually!
