Every meaningful transformation begins with a reckoning. Not punishment. Not shame. A clear-eyed settling of accounts within ourselves. It’s the moment we pause and ask what still lingers, what still aches, what still needs attention.

When we face what is unfinished, we create space for something new. Renaissance is not accidental. It follows truth. And truth, when met with compassion, opens the door to deeper grace and a more meaningful freedom.
Are there any areas in your life that are ready for reckoning?
What's one simple doable choice you can make or action you can take TODAY to ready yourself for your reckoning?
And then..... get an image in your mind, a feeling tone of the renaissance you are welcoming into your life RIGHT NOW!

Back! Live from the laundry room backstage at Agape International Spiritual Center.

Got c.e.n.s.o.r.e.d this week for sharing my thoughts about the Elephant FilesšŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

If we only see what somebody else approved- what fits someone’s agenda or bias, that means we need to anchor into our spiritual practice, our Divine Source, more than ever.

That’s why I got to the Way of Meditation service this morning and why I meditate every time. I need to quiet the chaos so I can see things clearly and feel into what is mine to be at this time. How can I best serve? What works for you? What helps you exhale? Rest, restore , and then, begin again.🌷

Blessings on your journey.šŸ’œšŸŖ½

Labels can be a life sentence.
A child (or grown adult!) who doesn’t 'fit the mold' can easily get sucked down a rabbit hole of not-enoughness. We’ve all been there at some point.
Maybe it’s a trait about yourself or a loved one that seems inconvenient or irritating.
Maybe it’s a difference that gets misunderstood.
But sometimes, most of the time, all it takes is a shift in perspective.

What looks like disruption might actually be expression.
What seems like misalignment may be a signal pointing toward purpose.
Not every difference needs correction. Some are invitations waiting to be recognized.
Are there any invitations in your life right now waiting to finally be seen and understood??
Let’s take a moment of gratitude for the difference-makers in your life. Moments when the insecurity or weird behavior, thought, or feeling was either appreciated by another or you finally found the value in it. Notice what happens when you decide to welcome it as a gift and feel excitement already for the creativity and beauty it is finally free to birth into your life.

The High Vibe Hour with Rev. Julie and Rev. Skip is taking a short hiatus as we prepare for the next evolution of our podcast. Just as nature pauses before the blossoms of spring, we are using this sacred pause to listen, reflect, and create something new and exciting for our community.

Change is a natural part of life and growth. As we move toward the energy of spring—a season of renewal, fresh beginnings, and new possibilities—we are embracing transformation and allowing inspiration to guide the next chapter of The High Vibe Hour.

This time away is not an ending, but a preparation. Like seeds beneath the soil, something powerful is taking root. We are visioning, dreaming, and building what comes next so we can continue to bring meaningful conversations, spiritual insight, and high-vibrational dialogue to support our collective awakening.
Stay connected with us on social media for updates and announcements as we prepare to launch this exciting new phase.

The next season is coming—and it will be worth the wait.

This moment we are in won’t wait.
It won’t wait for us to be ready.
Or comfortable.
It’s here, NOW.
Structures are changing.
They are being changed while we sleep.
Is there any area of your life that you are sleeping through?

Who do you want to be during this time?
How do you want to show up?

Begin!

I’ve treated a lot of of my life like a rehearsal. One toe in. No major urgency. It’ll be fine.
Wait for the perfect timing.

But there are seasons that call for presence, not preparation. Times when the invitation is simple. Begin!

This moment we are in won’t wait.
It won’t wait for us to be ready.
Or comfortable.
It’s here, NOW.
It’s women’s history month and for most women, we have less rights now than when we were born.
We have a man who got elected to the White House AFTER joking about how he can grab a woman and get away with it.
He did.
We let that happen.
For many, it just wasn’t a big deal. ā€˜The economy matters more.’ ā€˜The other option wasn’t great…’ lot’s of reasons. But when we lower our integrity bar in one area, it cannot help but degrade us- ALL OF US- in other areas.
There’s no more warm up time. Structures are changing. They are being changed while we sleep.
Is there any area of your life that you are sleeping through now?
Any area where it’s easier to go along- like the male hockey team did when the president made a ā€˜good old boy’ joke about the female GOLD MEDAL Olympian team.
This moment we are in won’t wait.
Who do you want to be during this time?
How do you want to show up?
Begin!
I’ve treated a lot of my life like a rehearsal. One toe in. No major urgency. It’ll be fine.

There is a way of connecting with our Source that many of us touched instinctively as children. Through imagination, creativity, play, and wonder. Before language or belief systems took shape, we dreamed, created, and sensed belonging. For some, that connection showed up through art, movement, music, or simply lying still and letting the mind wander. Often, the earliest way we felt close to source becomes a lifelong doorway back to it.

Remembering how you dreamed may be the first step toward remembering who you are. What did you used to love to do as a child? How about taking yourself on a playdate? Give yourself a chance to be childlike- not childish- and watch as all manner of creativity bursts forth in unexpected, wonder-filled ways!

The pandemic was a lesson in perfecting our pivot.
Have you kept it up? Kept up your flexibility so you can bend as needed.
Shift and shift again when life starts lifing???

One way to perfect your pivot is by doing an old thing in a new way.
Take a new rout to work or school. Sit in a different seat at the dinner table. These seemingly simple gestures build your muscles of resilience.

Gently disrupting old patterns strengthens the internal infrastructure of our nervous system so that the next time life shows up differently than you'd planned, you've got a pivot in your pocket and you're good to go!

Backstage reporting live from the laundry room here at the Agape International Spiritual Center, Founded and directed by Reverend Michael Bernard Beckwith.

Thinking about difference-makers today. I received this prayer shawl from a monk at Namche Bazaar on Mount Everest. These are given as a blessing of prayer and protection before climbers go up higher on the mountain.

Every time I look at it, it reminds me that I did a hard thing. Made it through something I didn’t think I could make it through. What are some difference-makers in your life? What is something that seemed like too much? Too hard, impossible to get through and yet some way somehow you did!

The loving next question is, if you made it through that, what else is possible for you now?šŸ’«šŸŒŸšŸ’«

Blessings on your journey.šŸ’œšŸŖ½

I’ve been paying closer attention to how environment affects the body. When the space around us feels calm, intentional, and nourishing, our systems often respond with greater ease. We see this reflected in nature again and again. Living things respond to harmony, consistency, and care. Our bodies are no different. Creating a soothing environment is not indulgent. It’s a form of mindfulness that supports regulation, digestion, and overall well-being.

Male or female, it's time for some Divine Feminine energy.
The masculine, patriarchy has been full tilt for a while. Lot's of forcing, striving, taking..... Time for the feminine.

We need her nurturance. Humanity needs to be held. Cradled. Loved into wholeness. We need her steady calm so we can get quiet enough and centered enough to remember who we really are.

No matter your gender, how about giving yourself some time to rest. Maybe take a bath. Sit and meditate. Ask for nothing. Grasp after nothing. Simple BE.
The whole world resides in your beingness.

From that place of grace and overflow, clarity arises and your very presence becomes a healing for humanity.

Blessings on your journey.

For good, bad and everything in between, relationships are mirrors. They let the best parts of us sparkle and dance with delight AND they blast a spotlight on any of our heart's unfinished business. The old aches and pains from past relationships don't disappear. They wait for us to look at them straight on. Breathe into the uncomfortable places and acknowledge what you needed that you didn't get. Fess up to the screw ups and trust that when we know better we do better.

At the heart of Relationship Goals is a sweet, heart-warming message about being kind to yourself. Cut yourself some slack. Beneath the fun and playfulness of this movie is a golden invitation to look at how love is asking you to evolve now.
