There are moments when we find ourselves reaching in every direction, trying to grab something that is always just out of reach. The more we chase, the more we turn up empty handed.

Sometimes the shift isn’t in doing more, but in pausing. Letting things settle. Allowing clarity to emerge not from force, but from Source.

Is there anything that it would be wise to loosen your grip on today? Something to ease off of? To allow more, align more??

Blessings on your journey.

Anybody else been on a life long hunt for that one person, place or thing that will finally make it all better?? Sometimes it feels like life is a constant search for the mysterious solution that will fix everything.

Truth is, it's not about the thing we can get or learn.
It’s about how you are willing to consistently show up. What practices, habits, and patterns are you willing to consistently live?

I've counseled thousands of people and the humbling truth is, we know. On some level you already know. You know who you really are, you know how you want to show up, you know (if we really listen and pay attention!) what your body wants and what your heart needs. Here's a sweet prayer of courage to outwardly live who you inwardly already know you are.

Blessings on your journey.

Ever focus so much on how something is supposed to show up that you miss what’s already there? The form, the timing, the details we’ve imagined can become filters that block recognition.

I’ve had moments where what I was asking for was already present in my life, but I couldn’t see it because it didn’t match the picture I had in my mind. Letting go of the ā€œhowā€ doesn’t mean giving up. It means staying open enough to recognize what’s actually unfolding.

Maybe there's something you've been searching for that's closer than you think???

I think the moral of the story these past few years, is ā€˜Take nothing for granted.’
Whatever matters to you,
whatever rights,
whatever privileges,
whatever freedoms…
Be a strong protector of them.

I’m blessing the rise of the divine feminine, regardless of gender. That we all have the freedom and safety to be fully expressed in both our masculine and feminine energy. And that our balanced energy creates balance and harmony in the world.

Blessings on your journey.šŸ’œšŸŖ½

There’s a kind of surrender that goes beyond showing up when we feel ready. It asks us to bring all of who we are. Not just the composed, confident, or put-together parts, but the places that still feel uncertain, tender, or unfinished.

So often we wait until we feel whole before we offer ourselves fully. But what if wholeness includes the parts still in process?

Let's say that again. What if your wholeness includes the parts that are still in process??

What if even the places that feel fragile or unformed are part of what’s meant to be expressed and transformed?

There is something powerful in including your whole self. Letting every aspect of you feel held, acknowledged, and ultimately used in a way that you simply being YOU, serves life.

Blessings on your journey.

This film clip is from a documentary about the mass shooting at Pulse nightclub in 2016. The film crew and I had just returned from filming on location at Pulse nightclub. Walls were riddled with bullet holes glass everywhere.

How do you make sense of the senseless?
How do we keep moving forward when trauma seems to freeze us in place?

There comes a moment when playing safe no longer feels safe. When we realize that certainty was never guaranteed. From that place, a different question emerges. If life is this precious, how do I want to show up for it? Who am I? Who do I want to be? When all is said and done, did I rise to the occasion of LIFE? Was I a stand for what I believe in? Did I speak up? Rise up? Did I create? Did I share? Did I serve?

Nothing is guaranteed, so how about a check in. Any areas where you've been coasting? Any dreams or challenges that have been avoided for too long??

For me, it becomes an invitation to love more deeply, to stand in what I believe, and to offer what I’m here to give without holding back. Not from pressure, but from clarity. Life is asking something of each of us. The question is whether we’re willing to meet it fully.

What aspect of yourself are you ready to set free?

Blessings on your journey!

There are moments in life that expand our sense of who we are. For me, that awareness came early. A recognition that while we live in a physical body and care for it, there is also something deeper, more expansive, and harder to define.

Over time, I’ve learned how powerful it is to surround ourselves with reminders of the things that most resonate and inspire us. Images, sounds, symbols that reflect possibility and meaning. They don’t just decorate a space. They influence how we feel, how we think, and what we believe is available to us.

When we intentionally place these anchors in our environment, we become self-inspiring. Right people, places, and circumstances find their way to us. That's the Frequency Factor in action! We attract at the level of our energetic frequency. So... oscillate up!!

As we learn tools and practices to elevate our consciousness, that unleashes the real mystery and fun of life. It adds sparkle, zest, and radiant aliveness!

Blessings on your journey!

I say this gently, because life can be heavy and complicated. Many of us have been through things that leave a mark. You may be moving through something right now. So here's a loving reminder. No matter where you have been or what you have been through, there is still something extraordinary within you. There is still a spark- as long as there is breath in your body- there is a spark, a chance, a possibility to begin again.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed people who have faced unimaginable circumstances find meaning, depth, and a renewed sense of purpose. Not because what happened was easy or justified, but because something within them remained available to grow, to expand, and to reconnect.

There is a resilience in the human spirit that doesn’t disappear. It may quiet down, but it doesn’t leave. And when it’s met with care and awareness, it has the ability to come forward again, offering a new way of being, even now.

Blessings on your journey.

The day that I'm speaking about, my son wanted to go to Agape Spiritual Center and get a lemon drop from Rev Kathleen. She had offered him one a few days earlier. In his shyness, he said no. Here we were days later stuck in rush hour traffic- I'd completely forgotten about it. Clearly he had not! All of a sudden he was ready. He was ready to say YES. He was ready to claim what he wanted.

We all have those moments. Sometimes it feels like it's too late. Sometimes we think there's no hope - I tried to protect him the whole car ride over so if he didn't get his lemon drop he wouldn't be upset. Thankfully, he paid me no mind. Can you do that? Can you pay no mind to all the distractions? Follow your gut. Claim your good!

PS. He got the lemon drop!

There are seasons when what was hidden begins to surface. Not all at once. But steadily. Layer by layer. Truth has a way of pressing upward, demanding to be seen, named, and acknowledged.

A reckoning is not about punishment. It’s about clarity. About bringing light into places where silence once lived. Naming what is real. Calling forward accountability. Creating the conditions for meaningful change.

Reckoning is uncomfortable. But it is also sacred. It's a sacred, necessary practice in an community because nothing truly transforms until it is first revealed. We are here to be revealers of truth. Here to stand for justice, be unwavering and undistracted. There's work to be done.
Blessings on your journey.

Sometimes life meets us in the most ordinary settings. A routine day. A familiar place. And then something unexpected happens. A moment opens that we couldn’t have planned or predicted. Something no vision board could have seen coming!

Those are the moments that stay with us. The ones that remind us to stay open, present, and available to receive what life is offering. Not everything meaningful is scheduled. Sometimes it simply arrives and quietly asks, are you ready??
