Keeping the momentum. ⚡️
Consistency is everything. Here is how I’m staying active and protecting my muscle right now:
• 🚣 Rowing: My secret weapon to support my neck and counter a full week of sitting at a computer. 💻
• ⛓️ TRX & Bodyweight: Keeping things functional and strong.
• 👟 Daily Walks: Non-negotiable for my steps and my sanity.
Since my habit reset started in November, it’s been all about showing up and staying disciplined. ⚓️

Ok I got the ingredients: spinach, avocado, frozen banana, raw honey, unsweetened almond milk, ice cubes…and spirulina, chia seeds, h**p seeds or flax seeds.
