🚨CRIMINAL PROSECUTION of top COVID officials has officially begun.
‼️ Criminal referral requests have already been filed against Anthony Fauci and other officials in SEVEN states - Accused of MURDER, TERRORISM, RACKETEERING, FRAUD, & more!
‼️Fauci’s top advisor David Morens was the first domino.

🌟 Hoping that the judicial system does its job to bring justice and accountability preventing similar corruption and criminal behavior by health officials that endanger and risk lives!

Many people are aware of external stressors, but may pay less attention to internal dialogue.

What happens is that the thoughts we repeat over time can influence how we perceive ourselves and respond to daily experiences.

In some cases, individuals experiencing anxiety or low self-esteem may develop repetitive thought patterns that reinforce these feelings.

This does not always happen consciously.

Over time, the brain may become familiar with certain internal narratives.

One approach that is sometimes used is repetition through intentional phrases or mantras.

These are simple statements that are repeated consistently.

The reason for this is that repetition may help shift attention toward more supportive thought patterns.

For example, a person may choose a short phrase that reflects a desired emotional state or belief.

Rather than using many different statements, it is often helpful to focus on a single phrase that can be remembered and repeated throughout the day.

What we see is that this practice may support awareness and help interrupt automatic patterns of negative self-talk.

From a broader perspective, internal dialogue is one of many factors that may influence emotional balance and overall well-being.

In today’s video, I explain how repetition practices may work and how they may be applied in a practical way.

☮️ On War & Peace ☮️

War scars the soul of humanity with irreversible grief—shattered families, razed cities, generations carrying trauma in their bones—while peace, quietly multiplies life instead of subtracting it. It is the patient architecture of trust rebuilt through conversation rather than conquest, the mundane miracle of children growing up without learning the sound of incoming artillery, the slow accumulation of schools, hospitals, libraries, and markets where yesterday’s enemies can now trade bread and ideas.

🌟 Peace asks far more courage than war because it requires us to master ourselves rather than others, to swallow pride repeatedly, to choose tedious diplomacy over the adrenaline of destruction. Yet every hour that swords remain sheathed is an hour stolen back from death; every conflict de-escalated is a small, stubborn victory for the proposition that human beings can, against our oldest instincts, learn to live together without needing to prove who can bleed the other dry first. 🩵

‼️Nicolas Hulscher, MPH: “We found 84% of cancer patients taking ivermectin and mebendazole for 6 months declared their cancer was either COMPLETELY GONE, REGRESSED, or STOPPED SPREADING.

It’s no surprise the CIA BURIED a 1950s study for over HALF A CENTURY showing anti-parasitics disrupt cancer growth”

Before traveling to India, I had already been introduced to a number of practices focused on awareness and internal observation.

These included structured approaches such as breathwork, movement, and meditation-based techniques.

What happens is that, over time, these practices may begin to change how we perceive the body and our internal state.

In some cases, individuals may become more aware of subtle patterns—such as how the body responds to stress, or how different states of awareness can influence overall well-being.

For me, these experiences provided a different perspective.

They highlighted that health is not only related to physical structure, but also to how we perceive and interact with the body.

This led me to further explore these concepts in a more structured environment, which is what brought me to India.

From a broader perspective, practices that focus on awareness may support how the nervous system responds and adapts over time.

This is one of the areas that continues to be explored in both traditional systems and modern approaches to health.

🌟 On being an agent of change 🌟
Instead of meeting life’s challenges with clenched fists and rigid opposition, true change often arises when we shift from resistance to flow. Resistance keeps us locked in battle—pushing against what is, exhausting our energy in endless friction. It creates tension, division, and a sense of being stuck, as if we’re swimming upstream against a powerful current. In that state, even well-intentioned efforts can feel heavy and counterproductive, because force begets more force.

🌟 Flow, on the other hand, is an intelligent alignment with the natural movement of things. It doesn’t mean passive acceptance or giving up; it means understanding the currents around us and working with them rather than against them. When we stop resisting what is and begin to move in harmony with deeper rhythms—whether in relationships, personal growth, or societal shifts—we conserve energy, gain clarity, and discover unexpected openings. Change then happens not through brute struggle, but through graceful navigation: adjusting our sails instead of fighting the wind. In flow, transformation feels lighter, more sustainable, and often more powerful precisely because it’s attuned to reality rather than at war with it.

🚨Well well well! Another conspiracy that we told you and is not longer a conspiracy 😁

So much was done by senator during 2020-2022 onwards to get to the bottom of the origin of Covid 19 and its link to Gain of Function research 🔬 precisely because this kind of research requires bio labs that work on creating dangerous pathogens 🦠 and some used as bio weapons!

And many of them are in Ukraine!

💔NO we won’t forget and neither should you!

The effects are and will continue on mass! Many won’t know or connect the dots but we do know. Now even covid infection itself had lingering effects in individuals who did not get vaccinated but it is no where near the ones who did!

The importance of enhancing your detoxification pathways is critical! Same as regulating your immune response! Reach out if you are interested to learn how!

When we think about health, we often focus on physical factors such as genetics.

Genetic information plays an important role in determining physical characteristics and certain aspects of how the body functions.

What happens is that these biological factors provide a foundation.

However, health is not determined by a single factor alone.

In addition to physical attributes, there are also patterns in how we think, respond, and interact with our environment.

In some cases, individuals may tend toward a more analytical or action-oriented approach.

In other cases, there may be a greater emphasis on intuition, reflection, and awareness.

What we see is that both of these modes have value.

The reason for this is that balance between these approaches may support more stable and adaptive responses over time.

When one side becomes dominant, it may contribute to increased stress or imbalance.

From a broader perspective, health often involves the integration of multiple systems.

This includes not only physical processes, but also behavioral and cognitive patterns.

Supporting balance across these areas may play a role in overall well-being.

In today’s video, I discuss how these concepts relate to health and how a more balanced approach may be applied.

🗞️ During The Nuremberg Trials (1945–1949), the trials established the groundbreaking principle of individual criminal responsibility, meaning government officials and military officers as well as medical professionals, could be held personally accountable for international crimes, even if they were “just following orders”.

Every politician and government official or medical professional who were implicit in imposing mandates of an experimental drug can be and should be subject to another tribunal similar to Nuremberg trials as they stripped the rights to chose and inalienable rights of citizens to reject to be subject of a medical experiment! The covid vaccines were experimental and not FDA approved but rather Emergency Authorized! This was hence the biggest mass international medical experiment imposed on humanity without informed consent!

When it comes to skin health, it is important to consider internal factors.

While topical approaches are often used, the condition of the skin may also reflect processes within the body.

In some cases, certain nutrients and compounds may be considered as part of a broader approach.

For example, hyaluronic acid is often discussed in the context of skin health.

What happens is that it plays a role in maintaining hydration within tissues, which may support both skin and joint function.

Another compound that is sometimes considered is alpha lipoic acid.

This compound has been studied for its role as an antioxidant and its potential to support cellular processes.

What we see is that these types of nutrients may work at different levels within the body.

Rather than focusing on a single compound, it is often helpful to consider how multiple factors may contribute to overall balance.

This includes nutrition, lifestyle, and, in some cases, supplementation.

Understanding these relationships can help guide a more comprehensive approach to supporting skin health.
