Everyone thinks this is about flexibility… it’s not.
I train hard, I push myself, I build my body —
but if I don’t slow down, my mind starts running the show.
Since being in Bali, I added one thing:
→ one yoga session a week
Not to become a yogi…
but to regulate my nervous system.
Because when your body is calm:
you think clearer
you crave less
you move better
you are more in control
Try this:
inhale 4 seconds
exhale 6 seconds
for 2 minutes
It’s the fastest way to reset your state.
Balance isn’t about doing less…
it’s about knowing when to slow down.
