Easy high protein breakfast for the week done in minutes!
You need: eggs, whole wheat English muffins, Al Fresco fully cooked chicken sausage patties, sliced cheese, a coffee mug, nonstick cooking spray
To do:
- toss the English muffins in the toaster to preferred crispiness
- spray the inside of your mug with cooking spray. Crack an egg inside, cover, and microwave 45 seconds until firm
- assemble muffin, 1,egg, cheese, and sausage patty. Wrap up and store in fridge.
When you’re ready to eat, toss the whole sandwich in the microwave (no foil!) for about 45 seconds until warmed through.
