Tiny Triumphs Speech and AAC

Tiny Triumphs Speech and AAC At Tiny Triumphs Speech & AAC, we empower children to communicate in the ways that work best for them.

Join a space where your child is celebrated for their strengths, creatively supported in reaching their goals & where tiniest triumphs mean the most! I am an ASHA-certified speech language pathologist who is passionate about empowering children to communicate and interact with the world. I especially love working with children who are emergent communicators and helping them learn the power of communication through words, gestures, sign language, pictures, and/or high-tech speech generating devices. I have been working with preschool- and school-aged children with special needs for over 10 years. I have worked with a wide range of populations, from children with speech sound disorders to children who are medically complex and use an eye gaze system to communicate, and everything in between

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build our brand-new OT department. You won't just be filling a position—you'll be shaping how occupational therapy looks at Tiny Triumphs. Work alongside our SLP team to provide holistic, child-centered care while having real input into how OT services grow and evolve. If you're excited by the idea of building something meaningful from the start, this role is for you.

Helping kids find their voice through speech therapy & AAC in Southern Maine. Every word is a celebration! 🎉

We hope you can join us this Friday, March 20th at 6:00pm at 21 Cedar Road, Eliot, ME (Our Inclusive Preschool location).

What to expect:

An open forum of supporting providers and parents/caregivers of children with all abilities. We offer snacks and refreshments while we chat! Conversations vary from supports, to successes, struggles, and overall daily life.

Our Goal:

To share resources, share tips/tricks, make parent/caregiver connections, and know you are not alone. We are here for you! We hope to have events soon where parents/caregivers can have a childcare option while parents can attend various events (dinner together, Paint/Sip, or other get togethers).

We want to continue building a community of acceptance, awareness, and inclusion. 💛

Yesterday was a very special day for Tiny Triumphs and our first all inclusive bowling event. Maggie and I started this company three years ago hoping to host events like this and bring people together—not just to bowl but to create a community for the families and siblings going through similar situations. We had a great mix of ages and abilities. Watching the bowlers and the families smile is why we do this. We're so thankful to have the best team out there!

We are going to do it again this Sunday, 3/22, at 10 a.m. And a huge thank you to Steve and Shannon from The Gutter downtown, who helped with the lanes and volunteered their time.
