We recently had the opportunity to show our support for our veterans at this Tee It Up For The Troops golf tournament at Bunker Hills Golf Course.
This is such a great organization, and we were very proud to be a part of it.
There are numerous benefits to cold water immersion, mentally and physically, making it an excellent addition to overall personal wellness.
