During Julie Frizzi’s thirty-six years in public education, she transformed a classroom of desks into a counseling office with mats where children connected with classmates, uncovered problem solving tools, and discovered the power of the breathing & stretching. This is where she created Powerful You, a resource that combines yoga tools with structured life skill lessons. This simple and effective movement-based program is now used across the nation in schools and homes to build resilience and boost confidence. Julie continues to support teachers virtually from an island in the Florida Keys where she proudly admires her two children, pampers her husband, and watches for daily miracles.

When You’re in a Pickle…
Polly Pickle learned something important.
When fear showed up, her brain repeated the same automatic self-talk—again and again.
Those thoughts didn’t come from truth.
They came from her Watch Dog Brain, trying to protect her.
💭 You can’t do this.
💭 You might fail.
💭 What if they judge you?
