Every action you take tells your brain who you are.
Your thoughts become your identity — and your identity drives your actions.

Here’s how to train your brain:
1) Notice your thoughts. Every one of them leaves an imprint.
2) Remember, thoughts become actions — and you’re in control. If you think, “I’m not athletic, so why try,” catch it and prove it wrong. Put on your shoes. Go for that walk. Your brain now has proof that you are athletic.

3)Your brain is always watching. When you skip the healthy choice, it records that too. This isn’t to scare you — it’s to empower you.

Every choice is data. Every action is a vote for the person you want to be.

Use your thoughts and actions to create the life and body you dream of — because you deserve it.

How is The JAG Method different from personal training?

After 30 years of caring for patients, I noticed a pattern…
