In this series, we put our coaches on the spot with rapid decision questions based on a specific archetype and goal. Today’s focus was a middle aged person working toward weight loss, and you’ll notice Gus had a tough time giving only one answer to each question. That is not hesitation, that is philosophy in action.
At Healthy Is, we do not believe in one size fits all coaching. The “best” choice almost always depends on the person, their habits, their preferences, and their season of life. That is why every coaching session is individualized and built to meet you exactly where YOU are.

This is a short snippet from a talk Gus gave to a local dental group on employer-based wellness.
He asked a simple question: what actually stops people from becoming their healthiest selves at work?
The answers came quickly:
Time
Money
Convenience
These are the exact barriers we built Healthy Is Wellness’ B2B wellness programs to remove.
• Time: 15-minute coaching sessions that fit into the workday
• Cost: In many employer settings, services are fully covered
• Convenience: We come on site and handle everything
When employers remove these barriers, participation increases and real behavior change becomes possible.
