Blessing for the body and mind

The goal of this is to get you more connected to the spirits and get you more ready to channel whatever energies you use.

You’ll need :
Large white candle
Balsam
Pine
Sandalwood
Salt

Done at night in the moons view
Burn the sandalwood with the pine and balsam.
In a bowl of water, sprinkle it with salt. Dip your finger in the water and touch each part of your body.

Touch it and say the following:

Touch your eyes and say - Bless my eyes that I might have clarity of vision
Touch your mouth and say - Bless my mouth that I may speak the truth
Touch your ears and say - Bless my ears that I may hear all that is spoken and all that is not
Touch your heart and say - Bless my heart that I may be filled with love
Touch your womb and say - Bless my womb that I may be in touch with my creative energy that stems from the universe
Touch your feet and say - Bless my feet that I may find and walk my true path
Visualize yourself filling with love and light. Take 7 deep breaths and when you feel ready - blow out the candle.
