September is🎗️Childhood Cancer Awareness Month🎗️North Bay Family Medical Clinic was honored to be a “Tiger Swallowtail” Sponsor for the 6️⃣th Annual “Because Kids Should Live Gala” this year! It was a wonderful eving spent with family & friends who were able to join us in supporting those who have survived, honoring those who have been taken from us too soon, and never giving up hope in finding a cure! 🫶🙏

Thank you to the SoSo Strong Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, Inc. for creating a beautiful night for all! We are always here to support this amazing cause! 🦋💗💙🌈🌺

❣️🎒 School Supply Drive Honoring Jeremy Forehand 🎒❣️

💔 Jeremy’s Story… 💔

On May 10th, 2017, Jeremy went to see his doctor who referred him for a CT scan. The following week, Jeremy was diagnosed with Stage 4, Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma. The CTrevealed a 10-11 cm renal mass at the left upper pole of his kidney. The following day, Jeremy had a urology appointment and they scheduled surgery for the following week.

Since the beginning of this journey in 2017, Jeremy’s battle became everyone’s battle -- multiple surgeries, countless treatments, many MANY trips to Houston to visit MD Anderson Cancer Center, a multitude of discouraging meetings with mixed messages regarding results, ups & downs -- it was A LOT. Jeremy surrounded himself with family, friends, colleagues, business clients, and more whocheered him on throughout his cancer journey. His support system continued to help him wake up every morning to fight; his optimism and strength are a pillar to his family and friends.

Jeremy lost his courageous 8-year battle with Wrasslin Cancer on Monday, May 26, 2025.He was surrounded by his loving wife and daughters at his home. Jeremy would, and has given the shirt off his back to those in need, so now it’s our opportunity to do the same for his family and friends in our community.
