This patient is shown 9 months post-op from a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck performed by Dr. Marissa Baca. In some cases, excess abdominal skin needs to be addressed both vertically and from side to side. A fleur-de-lis incision allows for more comprehensive tightening when standard techniques aren’t enough.

This patient also had a previous abdominal surgery that left a vertical scar. During her tummy tuck, Dr. Baca was able to remove that old scar and replace it with a cleaner, thinner incision that will continue to heal and improve in appearance over time.
