🎵 “Everywhere you look, there’s a face of somebody who needs you.” 🎵
I’ll re-quote myself from a transparent conversation yesterday with these absolutely incredible women:
Postpartum — the very initiation into motherhood — was desolate for me. My healing came in having women;
To be for women. And to have women for me.
Both sides are wildly important for every mother—
being able to pour into others and being refilled (supported) by others.
For these mothers, and so many other lovely souls who were in their element of service today, I am so grateful.
I’m talking tears flowing level of grateful.
Not for myself only, but for this community of mothers and my clients to have each other.
The feeling of coming out of a desert into a wonderland.
That’s how having the right support feels.
