During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are following the recommendations of the CDC and the American Academy of Ophthalmology and rescheduling all routine eye appointments for the next 2 months. You do not need to call the office, we will call you to reschedule. If you have glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy or any other potentially blinding condition, your appointment may not be considered routine. When we call to confirm your appointment, we will screen you to make sure you do not have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. If you do, we will reschedule your appointment. We are checking the temperature of every patient (and family member) as they arrive and will turn away anyone with a fever of 100.3F. You should be able to practice social distancing in our waiting room, but if not, you can wait in your car and we can contact you on your cellphone to let you know when we are ready for you. Our number one priority is to protect you and help stem the spread of this pandemic.
