Our offices are hosting a food drive to help address immediate needs in our communities. We have placed food donation boxes at all outpatient locations to collect non-perishable items that can be distributed to anyone experiencing food insecurity.

How you can help:
Donate canned goods or boxed, non-perishable food items.

Host your own personal canned food drive in your church or community center.

Find other community partners who are also taking up donations at this time.

If you or someone you know is in need please reach out to us. If you know of other community partners or agencies that are also hosting food drives please comment them below so we can give resources out to people in need. Thank you!

Sharing one of my favorite resources:
Break the Mold by Dr. Jill Crista. 🌿

Bringing Awareness:
Mold illness is often missed—yet it can profoundly impact both physical and mental health. Research shows that up to half of U.S. homes have some level of water damage or mold growth, and many people are unknowingly exposed.

As a functional psychiatry provider, I’ve seen how mold toxins can drive anxiety, brain fog, and inflammation. Especially in those already trying to heal from Lyme or co-infections—mold can make it very difficult. The #1 step is always: remove yourself from the exposure and have the mold remediated safely by a certified professional.

Finding a mold-literate provider can be life-changing. Mold is more than an allergy—it’s a brain and immune issue. Healing begins when we address the root cause. 💛
