5 Lessons I’ve Learned Being Married for 13+ Years 💌

As Valentine’s Day comes around again, I’m reminded that real love does not look like a highlight reel. It looks like friendship built over time, choosing each other in ordinary moments, and growing up together.

Love you, Eliot ❤️

One of the biggest questions we think about as parents is how to raise confident, capable kids in a life that’s already full of opportunity. For us, that means not stepping in too fast.

Eliot and I want our boys to learn how to make decisions, work through frustration, and trust themselves. Mental toughness is built when kids solve their own problems and realize they can handle hard things. 🧠💪

We’re not raising them to avoid discomfort. We’re raising them to know they’re strong enough to move through it. 💙

The Symposium 2026 💚

A space dedicated to Seattle Study Club directors. The leaders shaping education, culture, and connection inside their local clubs.

Nothing lights me up more than seeing dentistry evolve in real time. Innovation happening. Conversations getting deeper. People pushing limits, raising standards, and learning from one another instead of competing.

This is how we all level up. 🔥
