๐Ÿ’™ Attention parents and caregivers in our community โ€” this one is for you!
Our friends at Children's Rehabilitation Service (CRS) are hiring Local Parent Consultants in the Birmingham, Homewood, and Huntsville areas and this role was practically made for someone in the autism and special needs community.

If you are a parent or caregiver of a child with special health care needs, your lived experience is not just valuable โ€” it is exactly what this job requires. This is an opportunity to turn everything you have learned navigating systems, finding resources, and advocating for your child into a career that helps other families do the same.

What the role looks like:
๐Ÿ“‹ Providing information, training, and support to families of children with special health care needs
โฐ 30 hours a week with flexible hours and benefits
๐Ÿš— Travel required including some overnight travel
๐Ÿ“ Areas needed: Birmingham, Homewood, and Huntsville

A high school diploma is required and education beyond that is preferred, though experience can substitute. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

If this sounds like you or someone you know, do not wait. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพ
