Happy St Patrick's Day 🍀

Everyone loves St Patrick's Day and many people love a good shamrock shake. The problem is if you get the usual McDonald's shamrock shake it has lots of unnecessary ingredients and as many as 91 grams of carbs (78 g of sugar) depending on the size you order!
Wellness warriors have the option to make a healthier version. We make ours using a TLS Nutrition Shake. Here is the recipe:
