Meet Juliana Antwi — a public health leader driven by one clear purpose: improving outcomes for mothers, babies, and families across North Dakota. With a background in medicine and public health, Juliana works at the intersection of data, systems, and people, turning insight into action that strengthens care and community support.
As the Clinic Coordinator for the North Dakota Perinatal Quality Collaborative (NDPQC), Juliana helps lead statewide efforts focused on quality improvement, workforce development, and practical, evidence-based solutions—especially for rural and non-birthing facilities 🏥📊.
In her leadership role as Chair of the NDPHA Public Health Systems & Practices Section, Juliana is passionate about strengthening the systems that support public health professionals and the communities they serve.
And as Co-Chair of the NDPHA Mentorship Program, she believes mentorship is about creating space for growth 🌱—through encouragement, honest conversations, and shared learning.
