We offer group and private classes in a small personal setting. If you're interested in becoming a Yoga Teacher we have a 200 hour certification program and look for our 300 hour class to start soon. Whether you are a new student or you've been coming to the mat for years, you will enjoy the personal attention received while practicing. Your body doesn't have to be flexible to start, but a flexible mind, willing to learn something new always helps. All you need to bring is a good sense of humor and we will provide the rest. We are open 15 minutes before classes start.
