Everything doesn’t have to be perfect to be grateful because most likely everything will never be perfect BUT the More thankful we are , even thanking for things that may not have happened yet , yet giving thanks in advance for thing’s desired while thankful for what you already have = pure joy and POWER…..it’s pulling greatness to you , mind , soul, spirit, emotion……the more thankful we are ….the happier we are💗 abounding or abased , I have learned the secret of being content 💯💗🙏❤️

Fear turned on the sympathetic nervous system…. anger frustration ect over time. It starts crying or central nervous system and then turn creating physical pain., anxiety , sickness…..this is why renewing our minds daily is critical to create our our atmosphere of peace inward and around us…..not dwelling on situations yet whatever is , true, pure, lovely 💕 magnifying the GOOD to harmonize positive thoughts, emotions to fuel our spirit and soul….be blessed, empowered 🧘‍♀️🫶🙏

The Bible doesn’t say that all things are good… it says that all things work together for the good of them that believe🫶 life is messy life gets heavy, we all have burdens, sorrows, the weight of the world can be heavy…..when we help someone else in need, can be as SMALL as a phone call, make someone a home cooked meal that you know may be going through something….encourage and empathy are Powerful…… 💗🫶❤️

The bible doesn’t tell us all things are good🧐 yet it says all things work together for the good💗 Romans 8:28 ……so when life gets messy, heavy burden…….put on the garment of PRIASE ….I promise your spirit will be lifted…..storms don’t last forever 🫶🙏

For my local people 🍪 are packed and ready to go to Enjoy! All ingredients are gluten free, so clean and healthy and ohhhh so yummy 😋 they are $10 for a bundle. All proceeds go towards my medical treatment not covered by insurance. I will be making regular cookies this week a smidge cheaper……if you can get some to support me getting better ❤️‍🩹 so i can get back to helping more people I know you will be blessed in return…… to read more on my story

May we both in the help of the glory of God…. and we know in our sufferings produces perseverance and perseverance produces character….. that when we push through the hard times our HOPE grows stronger….. I’m not telling you that life is not gonna hurt my friends….it does….what I’m saying is HOPE is something that cannot be taken…we may get down….grieving difficult times…. Broken relationships., a bad report from the doctor, loss of a loved one, loss of a job ect……process the hurt and the grief….. there is not necessarily a timeframe on these things…..it will come in waves….. this Easter weekend, I encourage you to reflect on the sufferings of Jesus, the weight of the world that he took on for us🥹❤️….. so that we may have life and I hope in him to get through the hard times 💗 much love my friends ♥️ if i can pray for you today….let me know…..
