Plant Based Meal prep complete for the week!
🌱I made a cold Asian Noodle Salad for lunches I love this recipe from the amazing
🍜 A Lentil Quinoa soup for dinners.
🍽️ For breakfasts I tried out a new recipe for a sheet pan tofu “scramble” and made some good old fashioned zucchini bread.
🌱As a bonus I made some Cowboy Caviar for a quick snack if needed.
This week is so busy that the only way for me to even remotely stay on track was to prep ahead! It saves me so much time and makes sure I am fueling my body properly!
