All classes are suitable for various experience levels. Even if you’ve never done yoga before, you’ll find movement, breath, and mindfulness that meet you where you are — because yoga isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about connecting to yourself and approaching life with presence and care.

MONDAYS 5:30 AM
Start your day (and your week) with intention, movement, and ease. This gentle morning flow is designed to wake up your body, calm your mind, and boost your mood. Expect feel-good stretches, breathwork, and simple flows that help you move into your day with energy and presence. Perfect for all levels—especially those who want to feel refreshed, grounded, and ready to take on the day.

EVERY OTHER TUESDAY AT 7 PM
Calm Strength Yoga is a slow, mindful flow rooted in breath awareness and nervous system regulation. This practice is both centering and heart-centered, balancing calming, grounding movement, while offering moments of strength where needed. You’ll be invited to move with intention, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling supported, steady, and quietly empowered.

❤️This Valentine’s Day, give an experience that brings you closer. Thai Yoga Bodywork is a gentle, deeply connecting healing practice that blends assisted stretching, mindful touch, and rhythmic movement.

🩷Often described as “lazy yoga,” it is done fully clothed on a mat and requires no prior yoga or bodywork experience.

🤍In this guided partner workshop, participants will learn how to support one another through partner stretching, Thai Yoga Bodywork techniques, and restorative acro yoga poses.

❤️These practices are designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and encourage relaxation, while also fostering trust, communication, and presence. The result is a meaningful, hands-on way to connect, care for one another, and try something new together.

🩷Partners are required, but they don’t have to be romantic—you’re welcome to attend with a friend or family member. Chocolates included to make the experience feel extra special.
