B Well Family Practice Proverbs 16:3 Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established My name is Kelli B. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner.

We are a faith based medical office offering primary care, sports physicals, same day appointments, & menopause care including bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. I enjoy working with patients from all age ranges in primary care. I am also a Menopause Specialist. I have truly found my passion in helping women through all stages of menopause from pre to post. I earned my Associate of Science in Nursing at Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2015, followed by my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of North Florida. I later returned to school and earned my Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I am board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). During my nursing career, I have worked in orthopedic trauma, cardiac medical-surgical, as well as my favorite RN role in the NICU at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Fl.
