Haunted by old labels? 👻
Those invisible ghosts whisper lies like not enough, too old, or unworthy.
The truth is,
You don’t have to believe those stories anymore.

I don't know about you but I have not been a very patient person in the past. I am working on it.
But I am the least patient with myself. I mean really why can't I just figure it out and get it done? Why does it take so long for me to see just one little change in myself?
I have all of these questions. But what if the answer was never to poke and prod and shame myself into action. What if the answer is to be kind and loving to myself?
That is what I have been working on lately. Just giving myself a little breathing room to learn and grow, to make mistakes, and to say that's ok let's try again. I love you, mistakes and all.
How do you plan on being kind and loving to yourself today?

This new chapter of life brings so much change.
For me, one of the biggest shifts has been my relationship with my kids.
For a time, it was REALLY hard.
The empty nest is a mix of freedom and loss, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how it would all work out.
I kept wondering—Would it just work itself out, or did I need to take action to help things shift?
So, I’m curious—
Are you actively looking for help with the transition to this new chapter, or are you just hoping it will all figure itself out?
Whether it's relationships, finding your purpose, or adjusting to a slower pace—
you're not alone in this.
I’d love to hear from you—drop a comment and share how you’re navigating this change. 💛

My daughter Kara and I were traveling back from a mastermind where we were looking for help with our businesses. On the way she started ranting about how much she hates life coaches and how stupid they are. I asked her what a life coach was and she said that they were just stupid and useless beings.
So I went home and studied up on life coaching. In the process, I found Jody Moore coaching and signed up with her program within a week. The things that I learned from her were life-altering for me to say the least. The concepts about my thoughts controlling my actions and therefore my results were mind shifting. And little by little the way that I looked at my life and the things going on around me began to change. It was rather amazing.
Fast forward to 6 months later and I noticed on the BYU-Idaho page someone telling us about an awesome coaching program that was offered through Aspen Wellness Center and that there was a discount for BYU-Idaho students. I signed up immediately!! Which has brought me to Family Life Coaching with Katy Rushton. This journey to learn more has been amazing. I am so blessed to have been able to work with Katy and the other women in my class!
I continue to further my education in the life coaching field. I have many wonderful tools to share with everyone. My life’s dream is to share all of the amazing tools that I have learned from so many mentors with you. These are simple tools that with a little consistency can change your life and the people that you surround yourself with for the better.
I would love to have you join me on my quest to find joy in the journey. What an amazing and exciting experience life can be with just a little change in perspective. Family life coaching can help you to see things just a big difference and to see what the next small step is that you need to take to get yourself to the next great adventure in your life.
